Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture over the salmon fillets.

Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the salmon is baking, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the riced cauliflower and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.

In the same skillet, add the sugar snap peas and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
6.
Serve the salmon over the cauliflower rice, with sugar snap peas on the side. Garnish with fresh lemon wedges.
