Instructions
1.
Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat (about 400°F).

Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Grill or bake the salmon for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

While the salmon is cooking, prepare the salad by combining mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, carrots, mushrooms, radishes, pickles, olives, and feta cheese in a large bowl.

Once the salmon is cooked, flake it into large pieces and add it to the salad.

Drizzle with additional olive oil and lemon juice if desired, and toss gently to combine.
