Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.
In a large bowl, toss the baby potatoes and sweet potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet.
3.
Bake the potatoes for 15 minutes.
4.
While the potatoes are baking, season the salmon fillets with the remaining olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper.
5.
After 15 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven and push the potatoes to one side. Place the salmon fillets on the other side of the baking sheet.
6.
Add the green beans to the baking sheet, drizzling them with a little olive oil and seasoning with salt and pepper.
7.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
8.
Serve hot, garnished with lemon slices.

2 cups baby potatoes, halved

2 cups sweet potatoes, cubed

2 cups green beans, trimmed

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried dill
8.
Salt and pepper to taste
9.
1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)
