Your dinner of whole wheat pasta with brussel sprouts cauliflower and barramundi with lemon herb butter is a smart choice! Instructions

  • 1.

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • 2.

    In a bowl, toss cauliflower and Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet.

  • 3.

    Place the salmon fillets on another baking sheet. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.

  • 4.

    Bake the vegetables and salmon in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly crispy.

  • 5.

    While the salmon and vegetables are baking, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and mix with tomato sauce.

  • 6.

    Serve the baked salmon alongside the spaghetti and roasted vegetables.
