Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, diced yellow bell pepper, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and diced cucumber.

Add the flaked salmon on top of the salad mixture.
3.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
4.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
5.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving for a chilled salad.
