Instructions
1.
Spread 1 oz of low-fat cream cheese on each slice of whole grain or sourdough bread (2 minutes).
2.
Layer 2 oz of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese on each sandwich (2 minutes).
3.
Add a handful of fresh spinach on top of the salmon for extra fiber (1 minute).
4.
Serve with a side of baby carrots and a dollop of hummus for dipping (5 minutes).

Enjoy your healthy salmon sandwich with a balanced side of veggies!
