Instructions

  • 1.

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if roasting the almonds.

  • 2.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the raw almonds and olive oil (if using). Toss to coat evenly.

  • 3.

    Sprinkle the sea salt over the almonds and mix well.

  • 4.

    Spread the almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  • 5.

    Roast in the oven for about 10 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and fragrant.

  • 6.

    Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
