Instructions

  • 1.

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large bowl, combine the mixed nuts with olive oil, ensuring they are well coated.

  • 3.

    Add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, sea salt, black pepper, and rosemary. Mix well until the nuts are evenly coated with the spices.

  • 4.

    Spread the nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • 5.

    Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the nuts are golden and fragrant. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.

    Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
