Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the rehydrated seaweed, cucumber, radish, red bell pepper, and red onion.
2.
Add the lean protein of your choice to the bowl.
3.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil (if using).
4.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
5.
Top with sliced avocado and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
