Instructions
1.
Cook the brown rice according to package instructions (about 30-40 minutes).

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4.
Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.
5.
Stir in broccoli florets and soy sauce, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender.
6.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7.
Serve the shrimp and broccoli mixture over brown rice.
