Instructions

    Cook the brown rice according to package instructions (about 15-20 minutes).

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

    Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

    Add broccoli florets to the skillet, cover, and steam for 3-5 minutes until tender.

    Stir in soy sauce and lemon juice, mixing well to combine all flavors.

    Serve the shrimp and broccoli over a bed of brown rice.
