Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the dressing. Mix well and set aside.

2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
