Instructions

  • 1.

    In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the boiled shrimp and corn, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.

  • 2.

    While the shrimp and corn are cooking, prepare the carrots. Boil or steam them until tender, about 5 minutes.

  • 3.

    To assemble the wraps, take a lettuce leaf and fill it with a portion of the shrimp and corn mixture, adding slices of avocado on top.

  • 4.

    Serve with lime wedges and enjoy your healthy shrimp lettuce wraps!
