Instructions
1.
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through.

While the shrimp is cooking, prepare the salad by combining spinach, red cabbage, red onion, sunflower seeds, and pickled peppers in a large bowl.
4.
Warm the whole wheat tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
5.
Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of the cooked shrimp on each tortilla, topping with the salad mixture, and drizzling with low-calorie ranch dressing.
6.
Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy shrimp tacos!
