Instructions
1.
In a bowl, mix the low-fat sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

In a skillet over medium heat, add the shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.

Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until soft.

Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on each tortilla, followed by a spoonful of mashed avocado, shredded lettuce, and a drizzle of the sour cream sauce.
5.
Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve immediately.
