Instructions
1.
In a bowl, mix the shrimp with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

While the shrimp is marinating, prepare the sauce by mixing low-fat sour cream, lime juice, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through.
4.
Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for a few seconds until pliable.
5.
Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on each tortilla, topping with shredded lettuce, and drizzling with the sour cream sauce.
6.
Garnish with diced avocado and fresh cilantro if desired. Serve immediately.
