Smoked salmon on toast with tomato

Delicious a nice combination of both lean protein coming from the salmon and some good fiber with the tomatoes. Keep it up Diana!

Instructions

  • 1.

    1. Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).

    2. Spread a thin layer of low-fat cream cheese on each slice of toast.

  • 3.

    3. Layer the smoked salmon evenly on top of the cream cheese.

  • 4.

    4. Add sliced tomatoes and fresh spinach on top for added fiber.

  • 5.

    5. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
