“Smoked salmon on toast with tomato”

Instructions
1.
1. Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).

2. Spread a thin layer of low-fat cream cheese on each slice of toast.

3. Layer the smoked salmon evenly on top of the cream cheese.

4. Add sliced tomatoes and fresh spinach on top for added fiber.
5.
5. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy meal!
