Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, shredded rotisserie chicken, shredded carrots, chopped cilantro, black beans, cherry tomatoes, and diced avocado.

In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
3.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
4.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving for flavors to meld.
