Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the spinach and green leaf lettuce as the base (2 minutes).
2.
Add the sliced cucumber, red onion, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, and sunflower seeds (3 minutes).
3.
Layer the sliced uncured ham and crumbled feta cheese on top (2 minutes).
4.
Drizzle the Dijon vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine (2 minutes).
5.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
