Instructions

1. If using leftover steak, slice it into thin strips. If cooking fresh steak, grill or pan-sear it for about 5-7 minutes on each side until desired doneness, then let it rest before slicing.

2. In a large bowl, combine the fresh spinach and blueberries.

3. Add the sliced steak on top of the spinach and blueberries.

4. Drizzle the low-calorie salad dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
