Instructions

  • 1.

    Prepare the veggie burgers according to package instructions, usually grilling or pan-frying for about 5-7 minutes on each side.

    While the burgers are cooking, wash and dry the spinach, then place it in a large salad bowl.

    Add sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion to the spinach.

    Once the burgers are cooked, place each patty on a whole grain bun and top with cheese if desired.
