Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, let it cool slightly.

In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Spread the rice evenly in a greased baking dish.

In another bowl, flake the salmon and mix it with cream cheese, soy sauce, and green onions. Spread this mixture over the rice layer.
5.
Top with diced avocado and sprinkle panko breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
6.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
7.
Serve warm with wasabi, pickled ginger, and additional soy sauce on the side.

1/4 cup green onions, chopped
10.
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (whole grain if possible)

Salt and pepper to taste
