Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with taco seasoning to create the dressing.

In a large serving bowl, layer the chopped romaine lettuce, followed by the cooked meat, black beans, diced bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and avocado.

Drizzle the Greek yogurt dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
5.
Top with shredded cheese and crushed tortilla chips for added crunch.
