Taco spaghetti: 4oz lean ground Turkey 2oz protein pasta 1/2c tomato 1/2c shred carrot 1oz cheese. Added carrots turned out ok. I usually do a veggie on the side like cucumber.

    Combine the cooked pasta with the turkey and vegetable mixture, stirring well.

    If using, add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
