Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.

Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, cooking for another 2 minutes.
4.
Add diced tomatoes and shredded carrots, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
5.
Meanwhile, cook the protein pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
6.
Combine the cooked pasta with the turkey and vegetable mixture, stirring well.
7.
If using, add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
8.
Serve topped with shredded cheese.
