Instructions
1.
Prepare the proteins: Cook the chicken breast in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, then shred. In another skillet, cook the ground turkey or pork until browned. For the tofu, crumble it and sauté in a pan until golden.

Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
3.
Assemble the tacos: Start with a tortilla, add a portion of each protein (chicken, turkey/pork, and tofu) to each taco.
4.
Top with diced onions, chopped cilantro, and radishes. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top for added flavor.
5.
Serve with avocado slices on the side.
