Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).
2.
Add the lean ground meat and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula (about 5-7 minutes).
3.
Stir in the diced green and red bell peppers, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until softened.
4.
Add taco seasoning, salt, and pepper, mixing well to combine (about 1 minute).
5.
If using, stir in the spinach until wilted (about 1-2 minutes).
6.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
7.
Spoon the mixture onto the whole grain wrap, fold, and enjoy!

1 lb lean ground meat (turkey or chicken)
2.
1 whole grain wrap (tortilla)
3.
1 green bell pepper, diced
4.
1 red bell pepper, diced
5.
1 teaspoon olive oil
6.
1 teaspoon taco seasoning (low sodium)
7.
1 cup spinach (optional for added fiber)
8.
Salt and pepper to taste
