Instructions
1.
In a skillet, heat the shredded chicken over medium heat for about 5 minutes until warmed through.

Add the low-sodium teriyaki sauce to the chicken and stir well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce is heated and slightly thickened.
3.
Prepare your wraps by laying down the whole wheat wrap or lettuce leaves.
4.
Layer the spinach, followed by the teriyaki chicken mixture, diced tomatoes, red onion, and mozzarella cheese.
5.
Wrap tightly and serve immediately, or slice in half for easier eating.

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
