Instructions

1. Begin by cooking the whole grain noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Add the tofu, cut into cubes, and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown on all sides.

4. Stir in the broccoli, carrots, green beans, corn, and peas. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

5. Add the cooked noodles and soy sauce to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
