Instructions

1. Start by pressing the tofu to remove excess moisture. Wrap it in a clean towel and place a heavy object on top for about 10 minutes.

2. While the tofu is pressing, wash and chop the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.

3. Once the tofu is pressed, cut it into cubes and sauté in a non-stick pan over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.

4. In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables and cooked tofu.

5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
