Instructions

1. Start by draining the tofu and pressing it to remove excess moisture. Cut it into small cubes.

2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, shredded red cabbage, and chopped green onions.

3. Add the cubed tofu and sliced hard-boiled eggs to the bowl.

4. Drizzle the low-calorie dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.

5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for enhanced flavors.
