Instructions

  • 1.

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • 2.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, green onions, onions, bell peppers, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined (about 3 minutes).

  • 3.

    Spread the tuna mixture evenly over the slices of whole grain bread.

  • 4.

    Top each slice with shredded cheese.

  • 5.

    Place the prepared sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

    Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before serving.
