Healthy Tuna Salad Recipe with Egg

Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna and chopped hard-boiled eggs. (2 minutes)
2.
Add the chopped romaine lettuce and diced onion to the bowl. (2 minutes)
3.
In a separate small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. (2 minutes)
4.
Pour the yogurt mixture over the tuna and lettuce, and gently toss to combine. (2 minutes)
5.
Top with whole grain croutons just before serving for added crunch. (1 minute)

2 cans of tuna in water, drained
2.
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
3.
4 cups of romaine lettuce, chopped
4.
1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt (as a healthier alternative to mayonnaise)
5.
1/4 cup of diced onion
6.
1/2 cup of whole grain croutons
7.
Salt and pepper to taste
8.
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
