A delicious and nutritious choice Its packed with lean protein from the tuna and healthy fats from the avocado both of which will help keep you feeling full. Its okay to eat it over a couple of days if it feels like a lot. Just make sure to balance it out with other foods rich in fiber like green leafy vegetables. Keep up the good work and continue to listen to your bodys needs!

Instructions

  • 1.

In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, chopped hard-boiled eggs, diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, green bell pepper, and red onion.

  • 2.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  • 3.

Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and gently toss to combine.
