Instructions
1.
In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined (2 minutes).
2.
On each Wasa cracker, spread a generous amount of the tuna mixture (2 minutes).
3.
Top each cracker with sliced hard-boiled eggs and sprinkle Everything But the Bagel seasoning on top (3 minutes).
4.
If using, place a handful of spinach or mixed greens on the side for added fiber (1 minute).
5.
Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy meal!
