Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, red onion, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
2.
Add the drained tuna to the bowl and gently mix to combine all ingredients.
3.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
4.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
5.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving for a chilled salad.

2 cans of tuna in water, drained

4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
3.
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
4.
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
5.
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
6.
2 tablespoons olive oil
7.
1 tablespoon lemon juice
8.
Salt and pepper to taste
