Tuna over salad this is after I ate half of it

Always an excellent and nutritious choice Gertrud. I hope the walking/running session was fun! Thanks for the updates awesome way to kick things off for the new program week!

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, red onion, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.

  • 2.

    Add the drained tuna to the bowl and gently mix to combine all ingredients.

  • 3.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  • 4.

    Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.

  • 5.

    Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving for a chilled salad.

    2 cans of tuna in water, drained

    4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

    1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

    2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 7.

    1 tablespoon lemon juice

    Salt and pepper to taste
