“Your choice of a carb balance wrap tuna sandwich and salad is a great way to incorporate both lean protein and fiber into your diet. Awesome work with the PT session and run as well. Lets keep up the good work!”
Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, chopped spinach, and chopped lettuce. (2 minutes)
2.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes and bacon bits to the bowl. (1 minute)
3.
Drizzle the low-fat salad dressing over the mixture and toss gently to combine. (2 minutes)
4.
Place the mixture in the center of the whole wheat wrap or low-carb tortilla. (1 minute)
5.
Wrap tightly and slice in half. Serve with a side salad if desired. (2 minutes)

2 cans of tuna in water, drained
2.
1 whole wheat wrap or low-carb tortilla
3.
2 cups of lettuce, chopped
4.
1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
5.
1/4 cup of bacon bits (preferably turkey bacon)
6.
1/4 cup of low-fat salad dressing (like Simply Marzetti)
7.
1/2 cup of spinach, chopped (for added fiber)
