Plus the curry powder is a flavorful way to spice things up without adding extra calories”
Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, cooked brown rice, and diced cucumbers.
2.
Add the low-fat mayonnaise and curry powder, mixing well to combine all ingredients.
3.
If using, fold in the fresh spinach for added fiber.
4.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
