Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, walnuts, and almonds. Mix well until combined. (2 minutes)
2.
Add the diced green bell pepper and tomato to the bowl. Stir gently to incorporate. (2 minutes)
3.
Season with salt, pepper, and honey (if using) to taste. Mix until evenly distributed. (1 minute)
4.
Serve the tuna salad on a plate with whole grain crackers on the side. Enjoy! (1 minute)

2 cans of tuna in water, drained

1/2 cup plain organic Greek yogurt

1/4 cup chopped walnuts

1/4 cup chopped almonds
5.
1 green bell pepper, diced

1 large tomato, diced

Salt and pepper to taste
9.
Whole grain crackers (for serving)
