Made my makeshift sushi for a super late lunch today. Also trying out one more calorie tracking app just to compare and see what I think. This ones called carbon diet app I believe. So far I like that it allows me to adjust caloric intake day to day while keeping the calorie target the same as a whole for the week. The previous app does sort of do that but its a little less intuitive and you can only adjust certain days I think.

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, diced avocado, and softened cheese wedges. Mix until well combined (2 minutes).

  • 2.

    Add the chopped spinach and lemon juice, and gently fold to combine (2 minutes).

  • 3.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste (1 minute).

  • 4.

    Serve the tuna salad on a bed of crumbled seaweed snacks or enjoy it as a filling in lettuce wraps (2 minutes).

    2 cans (5 oz each) Chunk Light Tuna in Water, drained

  • 2.

    1 ripe avocado, diced

  • 3.

    4 Light Garlic & Herb Cheese Wedges, softened

  • 4.

    1 cup organic roasted seaweed snacks, crumbled

  • 5.

    1 cup spinach, chopped

  • 6.

    1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 7.

    Salt and pepper to taste
