Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna and chickpeas. (2 minutes)
2.
Add the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Mix well until combined. (2 minutes)
3.
Stir in the chopped red onion, celery, and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste. (3 minutes)
4.
Serve over a bed of fresh spinach or mixed greens. Enjoy! (3 minutes)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain, low-fat)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
8.
1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
9.
Salt and pepper to taste
10.
