Instructions
1.
1. Start by draining the tuna and placing it in a bowl.

2. If using, mix in Greek yogurt for added creaminess and flavor.

3. Season the tuna with salt and pepper to taste.
4.
4. Toast the whole grain bread slices if desired.
5.
5. Spread the tuna mixture evenly on two slices of bread.
6.
6. Layer fresh tomato slices on top of the tuna.
7.
7. Add fresh spinach leaves if using, then top with the remaining slices of bread.

8. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
