Instructions
1.
In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and dill. Mix well until combined (2 minutes).
2.
Toast the whole wheat bread if desired (optional, 3 minutes).
3.
Spread the tuna mixture evenly on two slices of bread.
4.
Top with shredded carrots and sliced cucumbers.
5.
Place the remaining slices of bread on top to form sandwiches.
6.
Cut the sandwiches in half and serve with extra veggies on the side.

2 cans of tuna in water, drained

4 slices of whole wheat bread
3.
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (as a healthier ranch alternative)
4.
1 cup shredded carrots
5.
1 cup sliced cucumbers
6.
Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon lemon juice
8.
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (optional)
