Instructions
1.
In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, low-fat mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined (2 minutes).
2.
Lay out the whole wheat wraps on a clean surface (1 minute).
3.
Evenly distribute the chopped lettuce, shredded purple cabbage, and grated carrots onto each wrap (2 minutes).
4.
Spoon the tuna mixture on top of the vegetables (1 minute).
5.
Wrap tightly, folding in the sides as you roll from the bottom up (2 minutes).
6.
Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later (1 minute).

1 cup of purple cabbage, shredded

1 cup of carrots, grated
