Instructions
1.
In a bowl, combine the drained tuna, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2.
Lay out the multigrain wraps on a clean surface.
3.
Spread an even layer of the tuna mixture on each wrap.
4.
Top with fresh spinach, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and sliced hard-boiled eggs.
5.
Roll the wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
6.
Slice each wrap in half and serve with baby peppers on the side.

2 cans of tuna in water, drained

4 multigrain wraps
3.
4 cups fresh spinach
4.
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
5.
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
6.
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
7.
2 tablespoons olive oil
8.
Salt and pepper to taste
9.
Baby peppers for garnish
