Instructions
1.
1. Start by laying out the slices of whole wheat bread on a clean surface.

2. Spread a thin layer of mustard on each slice of bread.
3.
3. Layer the sliced turkey evenly on four of the bread slices.

4. Add slices of avocado on top of the turkey, followed by spinach, cucumber, and onion.

5. Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.

6. Cut each sandwich in half and serve immediately, or wrap them for later.
