“Turkey wrap strawberries and tomatoes on Tues July 23”

Instructions
1.
Lay out the whole grain tortillas on a clean surface.
2.
Spread a thin layer of mustard or hummus on each tortilla (optional).
3.
Layer the sliced turkey evenly across the tortillas.
4.
Add slices of avocado, followed by fresh spinach and halved cherry tomatoes.
5.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6.
Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to create a wrap.
7.
Slice each wrap in half and serve with sliced strawberries on the side.

4 whole grain tortillas

8 oz lean turkey breast, sliced
3.
1 ripe avocado, sliced
4.
1 cup fresh spinach
5.
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
6.
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
7.
1 tablespoon mustard or hummus (optional)
8.
Salt and pepper to taste
