Instructions
1.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
2.
While the turkey is cooking, prepare the lettuce leaves by washing and drying them.
3.
Once the turkey is cooked, assemble the wraps by placing a few spoonfuls of turkey in the center of each lettuce leaf.
4.
Top with diced avocado, tomato, cheese, and a dollop of Greek yogurt.
5.
If using, add spinach or mixed greens for extra fiber.
6.
Wrap the lettuce around the filling and enjoy immediately!

1 lb ground turkey (lean)

8 large lettuce leaves (Romaine or Butter lettuce)
3.
1 ripe avocado, diced
4.
1 medium tomato, diced
5.
1/2 cup low-fat cheese (like mozzarella or cheddar)
6.
1/4 cup Greek yogurt (as a healthy dressing alternative)
7.
1 tsp garlic powder
8.
1 tsp onion powder
9.
Salt and pepper to taste
10.
Optional: 1 cup spinach or mixed greens for added fiber
