Instructions

  • 1.

    Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.

  • 2.

    Evenly distribute the sliced turkey breast on each tortilla.

  • 3.

    Add slices of avocado, spinach leaves, tomato slices, and shredded carrots on top of the turkey.

  • 4.

    If using, drizzle a small amount of Greek yogurt over the fillings for added creaminess.

  • 5.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • 6.

    Carefully roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to create a wrap.

  • 7.

    Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for a meal on the go.
