Instructions
1.
1. Start by steaming the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes.

2. While the broccoli is steaming, mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.

3. Lay out the whole grain wraps on a clean surface.

4. Spread a layer of hummus on each wrap, followed by the mashed avocado.

5. Layer the sliced turkey and cheese (if using) on top of the avocado.
6.
6. Roll the wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to secure the filling.
7.
7. Slice each wrap in half and serve with steamed broccoli on the side.

4 whole grain or low-carb wraps

8 oz sliced turkey breast (lean, low-sodium)

1 ripe avocado, mashed
4.
4 slices of low-fat cheese (optional)

2 cups broccoli florets, steamed

1/2 cup hummus (low-fat, no added sugar)
7.
Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon juice (optional, for flavor)
