Instructions
1.
1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.

2. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the turkey patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

4. While the turkey burgers are cooking, steam the sweet potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.

5. In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the green beans and carrots to the steamer.

6. If using spinach, add it to the vegetables just before serving to wilt slightly.

7. Serve the turkey burgers with the steamed vegetables on the side.
